Currently, we ship to all major cities in Canada. Check our list to see if your city is covered. Smaller communities can still get Room Maker service for an additional fee.
CAN I CHANGE WHAT IS IN A PACKAGE?
Changes to the advertised packages are handled on a case-by-case basis. You can either email or call us to discuss any items you would like to swap out.
DOES THE PRICE INCLUDE DELIVERY FEES?
The final price at time of purchase includes all furniture, housewares, delivery, installation, and removal of packaging. You won't be charged anything until you've signed off on each item in your room package and set a delivery date.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE AT MY HOME?
It takes about 15 business days to get your order installed if you're located in a major city and 20 - 30 business days in smaller communities.
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR INSTALLATION DAY?
For installation day ensure the rooms that you have purchased packages for have been cleared to make room for your new suites. Entryways and hallways should also be clear of any obstacles that will get in the way of movers. Prior to installation date, if required, make sure to have the elevator booked. Our movers and stylist will handle the rest.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO COMMIT ON INSTALLATION DAY?
Room Maker is designed to save you time and stress, so you don’t have to commit much time at all! You simply need to unlock your front door on installation day (or have someone unlock it on your behalf). We send our stylist in to your space to ensure your purchases are positioned and displayed properly. We will deliver and assemble everything within a few hours so you can quickly enjoy your new beautiful space.
CAN YOU REMOVE OLD FURNITURE?
For an additional fee, we can remove old furniture in your home. Please make arrangements with us well before installation day to ensure a seamless installation. We donate the pieces to charity organizations.
DO YOU PAINT AND HANG ART ON THE WALLS?
Our stylist will hang the artwork that you have purchased from us. We only focus on furnishing at this time so we cannot paint.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
All sales are final, however if an item arrives damaged we will replace it as soon as possible.
